Stay Secure

Protect your recovery phrase

  • Write the phrase on paper and store it offline.

  • Avoid screenshots, photos, or cloud backups.

  • Enter the phrase only on trusted devices and networks.

Use a strong PIN

  • Choose a unique six-digit PIN not used elsewhere.

  • Enable biometrics for quick unlock without exposing the PIN in public.

  • If the device is lost, the PIN and biometric lock add protection until you restore on another device.

Verify addresses

  • Double-check recipient addresses before sending funds.

  • Prefer QR codes to reduce typo risk.

  • Be wary of clipboard replacement malware—confirm the pasted address matches your intended recipient.

Keep your device updated

  • Install OS updates promptly.

  • Download Bii Wallet only from official sources.

  • Avoid untrusted apps requesting overlay or accessibility permissions.

Respond to incidents

  • If you suspect compromise, move funds to a new wallet created with a fresh recovery phrase.

  • Contact support at [email protected] for guidance (never share the full phrase).

  • Report phishing attempts so the team can warn other users.
