Which networks are supported?

Solana and Koii are supported today. Additional networks may arrive in future updates.

Yes. Install the app on a new device and import your recovery phrase to recreate your accounts.

How do I reset my PIN?

If you forget the PIN, reinstall the app and import your recovery phrase. You will set a new PIN during restore.

Why isn’t my balance updating?

Pull to refresh the Wallet tab, confirm the correct chain is selected, and ensure you have an internet connection.

What happens if I lose my device?

Install Bii Wallet on another device and restore with your recovery phrase. Without the phrase, funds cannot be recovered.

Does Bii Wallet charge fees?

No. You only pay the network fee required by the blockchain.
